I love this director McG, hes got a good balance of comedy and horror like a modern indie Sam raimi. The babysitter killer queen filming locations. I was never a fan of comedy/slasher genre I usually find these lame and boring. br> But this one got me really entertained. I had fun watching every minute of it.
The characters make it so easy to enjoy it no matter what the plot will eventually turn out to be.

Even with the most least screen time Samara Weaving was the best part of the movie. This movie tried too hard. It's got its moments and the gore, but ultimately tried to be so edgy. Sad. I was not expecting to like this movie AT ALL but I have to say they really hit the mark with this one. The gore, cartoonish style and self-awareness of the first are back and turned up to 11.
While there are a few lapses in logic (i.e. how old is Cole supposed to be? He says he's a junior but was 12 in the first film and it's been two years since that? the infectious energy of this flick reels you in and the violence and plot become so outrageously cartoonish that you can't help but turn the brain off and lean into the fun. This flick is like a live action road runner cartoon at points and that is not a knock against the movie whatsoever.
The returning cast is as good as they were the first go-round, and McG's flair for over-the-top style for styles sake keeps the film chugging along at a steady pace.
At the end of the day, if you liked the first, you'll probably dig this follow up. Bonus points for a killer soundtrack.

The fact she organstrate this from the start, that either genius or really evil, but I knew she didnt to end the devil cycle. for now until we we possibly get a third movie I love bee the look she gave to Melanie. It the look that said: “dont mess the queen bee bitch”.
